Juvenile Court Judge, Uz. Mohamed Easa Fulhu has been transferred to the position of the Judge of the Civil Court of Maldives.

The Judicial Service Commission (JSC) said it had decided to transfer Judge Mohamed Easa Fulhu to the Civil Court with effect from today under the rules governing the transfer of judges to another court of the same rank as the court they were working in at their own request.

Mohamed Easa Fulhu holds a Masters of Judicial Science and Sharia Policiy from the Islamic University of Maldives (IUM) and a Bachelor of Sharia from the University of Qatar.

He has previously served as a magistrate of the A.Dh. Maamigili Court, a judge of the Criminal Court, a judge of the Drug Court and as a member of JSC. He was appointed as a juvenile court judge on 20th June 2016.
