Covid-19 vaccinations for everyone aged 40 years and above will begin in Addu City today.
According to Addu Equatorial Hospital (AEH), from today onwards, vaccinations for everyone aged 18 and above with comorbidities and for all above 40 years will continue in all towns of Addu City.
In Hithadhoo, vaccinations will be administered at Nooraanee School and Sharafuddin School, whereas in Maradhoo and Maradhoofeydhoo, vaccinations will continue at Irushadhiyya School.
Furthermore, vaccinations will be administered for Feydhoo residents at Feydhoo School and in Hulhudhoo Meedhoo, the program will continue at S. Atoll School.
So far, 6,438 people have been vaccinated in Addu City and 105,492 vaccinations have been recorded till date across the Maldives.
