Nearly 120,000 people have completed the second dose of the Covid-19 vaccine across the Maldives, confirms the Health Protection Agency of the Maldives (HPA).
According to HPA, as of Tuesday, a total of 299,407 people have received the first dose of the vaccine and 119,518 have received the second dose of the vaccine. Amongst these, 1,011 received their first dose on Tuesday while 5,278 people completed their second dose on Tuesday.
Maldives has so far recorded a total of 32,665 positive coronavirus cases and 25,743 recoveries. White 198 patients are being treated in the hospitals, a total of 74 people have died from the disease across the country.
