An individual from Maradhoo Feydhoo, Addu City has been arrested in a drug bust.
The 63 year old local male was arrested in an operation conducted by the Addu City Gan Police Station and Police Intelligence, following intelligence information regarding the individual using drugs. Police stated in the operation conducted the individual was arrested with 2 massive rubber packets of drug like substance. The arrestee’s case is currently under investigation in Addu City Gan Police Station.
Moreover, in March 7, locals were also arrested from Feydhoo and Maradhoo, Addu City with drugs and beer.
