In South Huvadhoo Atoll, President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu met with the Women’s Development Committee and the Gaddhoo Council.
The President was briefed by the Gaddhoo Council on a few matters pertaining to the island’s development during a meeting that was conducted at The Atoll School today.
Concurrently, the council acknowledged the necessity of reclaiming land on the island and aimed at expediting the building of the hospital that would be constructed there.
The Council also emphasised the necessity of improving the island’s social development and education system in addition to addressing the issue of space constraints in the council office.
Through the ministers that accompanied him, the President provided the most recent details of the council’s recommendations during the meeting.
