The Progressive Party of Maldives (PPM) has been ordered to vacate its main office by the owner of the house where the office is located.
The letter sent to PPM by the owner of the house yesterday ordering the party office building to be vacated stated that the ground floor and first floor of the house were given to former President Abdulla Yameen at his request to run an office.
However, the letter said that they have decided to terminate the agreement between the two parties as PPM office is currently operating there.
Therefore, the owner of the house in the city has asked PPM to vacate the premises before yesterday afternoon.
