Enlivens Sports Club from Th. Vilufushi has strengthened its squad with a promising player from L.Gan, Hassan Saamidh.
ESC, created by talented youngsters from Vilufushi, is competing in the upcoming “VREG U21 FUTSAL CHALLENGE 2021”. The club says that Saamidh from L.Gan, who is both a talented and a promising player, is going to reinforce their already strong squad for the tournament.
During an interview for AO News, Saamidh highlighted that this is a completely new experience for him and that he is hoping to win this competition for ESC. He also mentioned that this is a wonderful opportunity for him to promote Laamu Atoll and a platform for the world to identify sports talent in Laamu Atoll.
“I heard about ESC from my friends and I was offered to join them after they assessed by talent and experience”, Saamidh said.
Enlivens Sports Club aims to showcase the talent of young players on the field. Since 2019, ESC has participated in several Futsal tournaments in Thaa Atoll, where they were the runner-up of the 2019 RSVR U21 Futsal Challenge.
