Legacy Fitness, which offers fitness programs for the general public in Hulhumale’ with state-of-the-art technology, has opened two more courses.
Legacy is now offering a course for certified fitness practitioners and a course tailored for “bump and beyond” during pregnancy, lockdown, or after delivery. Legacy successfully completed a boot camp instructor certification last June.
From October 28 to 31, the first program certified fitness practitioner module 1 (exercise coaching) will be held from 9 a.m. to 5 a.m. Bump and Beyond, the second program, will be taking place from 8.30 am to 4.30 pm between November 11 and 12.
Speaking about the program, Managing Director Riyash Riaz stated that one of Legacy’s objectives is to easily offer internationally recognised courses to locals while offering them the chance to work in the fitness industry or aspire to work in it.
“The certified fitness practitioner course, which we have scheduled for October, has already finished three batches and produced over forty fitness trainers who are already employed. I want to emphasise that this is one of the most popular and renowned courses offered in the country,” said Riyash.
Fitness, according to Legacy, is always evolving to keep up with novel research and evolving trends. This year, however, there have been significant modifications made to the course content and structure compared to previous years. The length of the course has been increased, and it now consists of three modules.
“We first intended for module one to consist of the fitness instructor or workout coaching component. This course will teach an array of clients in a variety of situations, how to create programs that are appropriate for their body and fitness levels, distinguish the benefits of exercise from its drawbacks, and understand how to uphold the discipline of the trainer. We have also fixed special prices for fitness centers with an aim to strengthen our relationship with gyms and attract new youth to the field,” said Riyash.
“The second course has been scheduled as one of the most important courses considering the current circumstances in the country,” Riyash continued, providing more details about the courses.
“It’s bump and beyond, or an incose depending on the back, delivery, and workouts that can be done during pregnancy. The dates of this course were set for November 11 and 12. Through this course, students will learn how to strengthen their pelvic floor, how to construct a training plan that may fit multiple trimesters, how to maintain a healthy diet both before and after pregnancy, and other exercises to help mothers cope with stress.
Fitness Education’s Asia (FEA) Legacy Academy, an organization that provides several fitness courses around Asia, is collaborating with Fitness Eduterine to conduct these courses. The course creator Jerrican, who has introduced numerous fresh stars to the industry, will assist in providing the training.
Candidates who are interested in registering in both courses ought to contact 9609431300 or 9609567123 for further information, and additional details about the courses can also be obtained through the Legacy website.
