The Ministry of Social and Family Development has declared that it has begun establishing senior citizen social facilities in three regions of the nation.
Among the tasks the administration of President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu has decided to do in the first 14 weeks is this.
“So, in order to allow everyone to come together and have a happy quality time, we are in the process of constructing social centres or community centres in three areas and making such centres functional,” said Namza.
The centres will be established in both the Male’ region and Addu City. According to her, the ministry wants to engage with a lot of people and is making an effort to make it simpler for them to get the services they require rather than turning the centres into empty spaces.
Although Namza stated that the current goal is to establish three locations, it is hoped that these centres will be established around the nation.
