The national airline of Maldives, Maldivian has decided to resume flights to B. Dharavandhoo, the aline has said.

Maldivian has said that the airline has decided to start daily flights to the island of Dharavandhoo from 15 June 2023.

A special fare will be introduced for the initial flights, said Maldivian. The airline has flown to Dharavandhoo before as well. However, with the launch of Manta Air in 2019, Maldivian had discountinued its flights to the island.

Maldivian uses three ATR aircrafts for its domestic flight operations. With the use of the ATR aircrafts, the national airline’s fleet will increase to 14. Maldivian flies to 16 destinations in Maldives. The airline has also decided to offer a discount of 5-15 percent for tickets purchased in advance.
