Bank of Maldives has opened applications for proposals under its “Aharenge Bank” Community Fund.

BML says that the best 5 proposals submitted will be selected during the first quarter of the yean and like previous years, a total of 20 projects will be funded during this year.

Selected projects in the areas of education, environment, sports and community engagement will receive MVR 50,000 to implement their project.

Applicants can send the Proposal & Application Form and other relevant documents to [email protected] before 11:59pm on 6th March 2021.

Community Fund is a program to empower individuals and NGOs to contribute to their communities through sustainable projects. As of today, the Bank has provided financial assistance for projects in 40 islands across the country under Community Fund.
