In a significant milestone for the Maldivian fitness industry, the ACE x FEA Symposium, hosted by FEA Academy Maldives, was successfully concluded on April 27, 2026. This marks the first-ever collaboration with the American Council on Exercise (ACE) in the Maldives, bringing one of the world’s most recognized fitness education organizations directly to local professionals.
The symposium featured four specialized sessions, focusing on two critical areas highly relevant to the Maldivian context: youth fitness and active aging for senior adults. With rising awareness around health and lifestyle-related conditions in the country, these topics addressed urgent industry needs while equipping trainers with practical, evidence-based approaches.
The sessions were delivered by an ACE Global Wellness Spokesperson, representing a major step forward in making international-standard fitness education accessible within the Maldives. Participants not only gained valuable insights but also earned Continuing Education Credits (CECs)—a key component in maintaining professional credentials and staying aligned with global standards.
