Privatization and Corporatization Board (PCB) has announced that managing directors have been appointed to 21 government owned enterprises and will assume office from Tuesday onward.
PCB has publicized the names of 20 of the newly appointees today. They are:

- MACL – Ibrahim Shareef
- MPL – Mohamed Wajeeh Ibrahim

- Island Aviation – Ibrahim Iyas
- WAMCO – Mujuthaba Jaleel
- Aasandha – Aminath Zeeniya
- Fahi Dhiriulhun Corporation Limited – Hamdhan Shakeel
- MITDC -Hawwa Shiuna Khalid
- Maldives Hajj Corporation Limited – Mohamed Shakeel
- Tradenet Maldives – Saeeda Umar
- PSM – Zeena Zahir
