Ooredoo Maldives announced a dividend of MVR 3.43 per share during its Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on Sunday evening. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The AGM took place at Ooredoo Maldives\u2019 headquarters in the Male\u2019 area, with a reported participation of 90.85 percent of the company\u2019s shareholders, totaling 74 shareholders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Among those present at the AGM, 60 attended in person, while 11 proxies represented 14 other shareholders. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The company also approved its audited financial statements and the auditor\u2019s report for the last fiscal year, along with the agenda for its upcoming meeting scheduled for December 15, 2024. Additionally, the fee for Ooredoo Maldives\u2019 auditor, KPMG, for the current fiscal year was also approved.
