Uz Husnu Al Suood as a member of the Judicial Service Commission (JSC).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the ceremony at the President&#8217;s Office Thursday afternoon, the President presented the appointment letter to Hon. Uz Husnu Al Suood. Hon. Uz Husnu Al Suood signed his appointment letter upon being sworn in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The President made the appointment per Article 158(b) of the Constitution of the Republic of Maldives and Article 3(2) of the Judicial Service Commission Act.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prior to his appointment, Hon. Uz Husnu Al Suood took his oath in the presence of the President, with Supreme Court Justice Hon.
