President Dr Mohamed Muizzu on Thursday appointed Uz Mohamed Sameer as a member of the Judicial Service Commission (JSC). <\/p>\n\n\n\n
This appointment designates Uz Mohamed Sameer as a member appointed to the JSC by the President, in accordance with Article 158 (h) of the Constitution of the Republic of Maldives and Article 3 (8) of the Judicial Service Commission Act.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Uz Mohamed Sameer was presented with his Letter of Appointment at the ceremony held today at the President’s Office, during which he took his oath of office in the presence of the President, administered by Supreme Court Justice Uz Aisha Shujoon Mohamed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Uz Mohamed Sameer previously served as a Public Prosecutor at the Prosecutor General’s Office, a Senior Associate at Nasheed & Co, and as the Managing Partner at Sameer & Shamam LLP.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
