MDP’s use of exclusively government school halls has drawn criticism from MNP Vice President Ahmed Usham.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Usham said in a series of tweets that the party uses public schools for its political purposes, but the education ministry asserts that this is against regulations whenever another party requests to utilise a school hall for a meeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Usham called attention to this and questioned Minister Aishath Ali on the type of justice and equality it represented.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Usham questioned, “What kind of equality and justice is this (do these things also indicate that the elections this year will not be free and fair)?”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
