President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih and First Lady Fazna Ahmed opened the Total Fitness Group’s (TfG) Sports Fitness and Rehabilitation Center on Wednesday. After opening the facility, they toured it and inquired about its services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
TfG’s Sports Fitness and Rehabilitation Center has a total capacity of 200 people. The new facility has a mini-exercise science lab and a state-of-the-art physiotherapy area accessible to wheelchair users and others who need access due to injuries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The new facility has separate locker rooms for men and women, a steam room, an ice bath, showers, and lockers. For serious athletes who need to recover as rapidly as possible, there is also a rehabilitation area called “healers” available. A 42-seat caf\u00e9 is also open within the facility as part of the fitness options.
