Three persons were arrested with bottles of liquor in a joint operation conducted by the Police Intelligence and Mamigili Police Station.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The 21-year-old, 22-year-old and 26-year-old were arrested following a tip-off that they were in possession of liquor. The three men are all Maldivian men.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The operation was conducted on May 3 and 78 bottles of liquor were recovered from the suspects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The accused were produced before the Mamigili Magistrate’s Court and remanded in custody for 10 days for further investigation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
