The first scheduled flight landed at Addu&#8217;s Gan International Airport (GIA) on Saturday afternoon around 1:30 pm Maldivian Time. A special ceremony was held at the airport to welcome the guests and aircraft today. The special ceremony was conducted with several senior officials from several ministries in attendance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SriLankan plans to operate weekly one flight to GIA every Saturday.
